An established industry player is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive complex security initiatives. The Squarespace Technical Program Management (TPM) team is looking for a Senior TPM to support our mission of helping teams to deliver top company priorities with efficiency and predictability. In this role, you will work with the Security group, collaborating closely across Product Management and Engineering. You will lead the planning and execution of cross-functional, complex technical initiatives that address some of our most challenging security initiatives. Your responsibilities will include ensuring clear project/program planning, leadership communication, transparent progress tracking, risk mitigation, and efficient delivery against high-priority company objectives.
This is a NYC-based role working from our office 2 days per week. You will report to the Manager of Technical Program Management.
TPMs oversee the product development lifecycle end-to-end, including:
Cash Compensation Range: $126,500 -$203,550 USD
The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors.
In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), Squarespace employees are eligible to be granted an option to purchase our common stock.
