Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a technical program management role.

• Ability to lead multiple priorities, identify risks, and balance engineering and product needs.

Responsibilities

• Implement continuous improvements to the engineering organization and program management process.
• Share process frameworks, tools, and best practices across the organization.
• Lead cross-functional strategic planning, develop concepts into detailed programs and plans.
• Improve product development and delivery.
• Manage large-scale projects across teams, estimate work, define milestones, and manage resources.
• Track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks, and report status to leadership.
• Understand technical architecture and propose viable alternatives.
