Job summary

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in technical program management and systems engineering in a robotics/ML environment.
• Experience coordinating across organizations without direct authority.
• Strong systems thinking to understand ripple effects across the tech stack.
• Track record of defining metrics and building dashboards to drive decisions.
• Experience deploying tools like Jira and GitHub and related risk management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex robotics programs spanning perception and software.
• Develop and maintain program schedules for ML data collection and model evaluation.
• Define program structure, milestones, and exit criteria with engineering leads.
• Identify and manage technical risks beyond status reports.
• Coordinate data collection, field deployment, and tooling across teams.
• Accelerate model development with faster feedback loops and a self-sustaining pipeline.
