Job summary

Symbotic in the United States is seeking a Technical Program Manager to partner with engineering leadership and product teams to deliver complex software, robotics, and automation programs on time and with high quality.

You will drive execution, manage risk, and coordinate multiple teams through disciplined program management practices, using data and SQL to monitor health and communicate status to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, or related technical field.
• 10+ years of professional experience with 3+ years leading complex programs.
• Experience with software, robotics, automation, or related tech products.
• Strong ability to coordinate priorities across multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Proficient in Jira for organizing work and tracking execution.
• Ability to write SQL queries and drive decisions from data.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering managers, leads, and product managers to drive execution across complex programs.
• Identify risks early and navigate challenges before delivery impact.
• Prioritize, track, and execute work with disciplined program management.
• Define tasks, dependencies, and ownership to drive accountability.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and communicate status to executives.
• Leverage data and reporting tools to monitor program health and metrics.
• Foster transparency, collaboration, and rapid decision-making across teams.
• Support delivery of innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Continuously improve processes and cross-functional coordination.
