Job summary

Symbotic is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the DPS program, coordinating software, controls, mechanical, and embedded teams across multiple sites. You will own scheduling, risk mitigation, and milestone delivery from design through production deployment.

The role demands 10+ years in industrial automation, a strong PM background, and proven ability to lead large, matrixed teams with a fast-paced, solutions-driven mindset. Hybrid work with travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline; MS or MBA beneficial.
• Experience with large-scale capital equipment programs; multi-site deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to bring new products from concept through implementation, delivery, and support.
• Build and own the integrated engineering schedule for the DPS program across controls, software, simulation and hardware teams.
• Establish and maintain WBS, critical path, dependencies, and mitigation timing across engineering, NPI, manufacturing and site launches.
• Collaborate with engineering managers, product managers, and leaders to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of complex projects.
• Manage site-by-site planning and readiness for multi-site deployments; drive repeatable programs across locations.
• Foster transparency, rapid decision-making and alignment with product teams; resolve issues and risks early.
