Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to bring new products from concept through implementation, delivery, and support.
• Develop and own the integrated engineering schedule for the DPS program across controls, software, simulation, and hardware teams.
• Establish work breakdown structures, critical paths, dependencies, and mitigation plans across engineering, NPI, manufacturing and site launches.
• Mentor program managers, coordinate with product managers, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of complex projects.
