Backblaze is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join a growing Security team, focusing on program delivery, portfolio management, and operating model practices. You will lead end-to-end planning, coordinate with engineering, product, legal, and vendors, and report progress to executives and the board.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of TPM experience, strong communication, and the ability to influence without direct authority in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years of technical program management experience.
• Strong understanding of program management methodologies.
• Ability to adapt agile management principles to various environments.
• ScrumMaster certification a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex cross-functional programs.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of enterprise programs.
• Communicate technical concepts and program status to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed program plans, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Identify and mitigate program risks and dependencies; escalate blockers with options.
• Drive cross-functional coordination between engineering, product, legal, and third-party vendors.
