Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience delivering complex aerospace hardware.
• Experience with multidisciplinary teams and hardware lifecycle.
• Ability to translate requirements into executable technical plans.
• Experience with government or defense customers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program execution for a reentry system.
• Define technical path, drive trades, resolve cross-functional issues.
• Lead major technical and program reviews.
• Ensure transition from prototype to production.
