**Responsibilities**
+ Support thekey leaders forPowerPointto drive towards aggressive ship timelineswith ahigh-qualitybar, implementing PPT Copilot featuresacrosstheportfolio ofM365 products.
+ Act astechnical translatorsbetween infrastructure/product/platform teams.
+ Establish key ship criteria and holdcross-team leadership accountable to ensure customer-driven quality gates are met.
+ Assist Copilot shiproom owner to drive a results-oriented, customer-focusedforum.
+ Capture, continually communicateand drive the Copilot roadmapforM365.
+ Own and driveregular and concisecommunications.
+ Clarify key stakeholders,rolesandresponsibilities.
+ Drive preparation and workback schedulesacross multiple teamsfor all executivereviews.
+ Make sure thatrelated planning guidance and keysites/resources (i.e.SharePoint,Azure Dev Opsetc.)aremaintainedand updated on a regularbasis.
+ Drive requirements withour tools teamsto ensure our Azure Dev Ops, OKR,and othernecessarytoolingsupport effective processes and discussions.
+ Partner withkey leadershipon special projects as needed.
**Qualifications**
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
+ 2+ years of experience with AI and ML Systems including large language models like GPT, Claude and/or generative image creation like DALL-E and Stable diffusion.
+ Agile and continuous improvement mindset, including familiarity with agile practices, at scale best practices and related tooling (i.e. Azure DevOps Boards for Backlogs).
**Other Requirements:**
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
+ Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
+ 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
+ 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
+ Resiliency, independence, and ability to navigate through ambiguous challenges.
+ Innate curiosity and ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly evolving environment.
+ Effective communication skills and executive presence.
+ Ability to change the momentum of current plans to a more beneficial course that amplifies their impact.

+ Knowledgeable in creating and managing enterprise Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
