Job summary

Entegris, Inc. in Aurora, IL or Fremont, CA is seeking a Lead, Technical Program Manager to drive a portfolio of NPI programs within the Formulated Solutions unit.

This role collaborates across R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and customer-facing teams to align strategy and maximize execution. You will champion stage-gate processes, manage risk, and deliver KPIs and governance that enable timely commercialization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science or related field.
• 5+ years leading NPIs or technical programs in semiconductor-related industries.
• Strong knowledge of CMP, related chemistry, engineering and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio of NPIs from concept through commercialization.
• Coordinate with R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and customer teams.
• Establish governance, risk management, and KPI reporting.
• Coach teams and promote project management excellence.
