Amazon Data Services, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager to drive at-scale electrical product implementations from concept to deployment.

You will synchronize engineering, design, qualification, and manufacturing readiness for LV power distribution in hyperscale data centers, with a focus on cost efficiency and reliability. The role requires 5+ years in technical product or program management and collaboration with engineering teams.

Competenze

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.

Mansioni

• Lead cross-functional programs that design, develop, launch, and support LV power distribution, monitoring, and switching products with $1B+ USD annual production.
• Set cadence for product engineering and design teams, driving NPI milestones and manufacturing readiness.
• Engage with internal and external teams to align program requirements, dependencies, and delivery against roadmaps.
• Build detailed program plans with milestones, deliverables, and success criteria across engineering, qualification, and deployment workstreams.
• Coordinate between teams to manage interdependencies, sequence critical path work, and secure budget and resources.
• Identify, communicate, and mitigate program risks and blockers, and report status to Sr. Management.
• Own and drive delivery lifecycle from kickoff through deployment and deprecation, ensuring quality and readiness.
• Work independently in a high-pressure environment with leadership at all levels.
