Job summary

Apple Inc. Find My team is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive onboarding strategies, orchestration of technical delivery programs, and end-to-end lifecycle management for location-based experiences used by hundreds of millions of users.

You will partner with hardware, software, and privacy teams, translate user pain points into actionable plans, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time while maintaining privacy and security at the core.

Qualifications

• 4-8+ years of Product, Program Management or Technical Program Management experience leading technical programs.
• Proven ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams and make technically informed decisions.
• Strong empathy for users and the ability to reason through product trade-offs.
• Exceptional organizational skills; able to track many moving parts and communicate clearly.
• Experience with external customers and with executive audiences.
• Experience with location-based services, privacy, or AI/ML features is a plus.
• Experience delivering developer-facing or integration-services style products.

Responsibilities

• Define the detailed roadmap, systems, and onboarding frameworks for Find My ecosystem.
• Orchestrate technical delivery programs, coordinating between ecosystem participants and Apple engineering teams.
• Manage the full lifecycle of technical programs from discovery through production support.
• Evaluate user experiences and translate pain-points into plans for refinement.
• Create execution plans aligning product priorities with engineering feasibility and adapt as needed.
• Ensure all teams have clear expectations of deliverables and land on time with high quality.
• Communicate risks, trade-offs, plans, and status clearly across teams and leadership.
