Job summary

Optikos, LLC. is seeking a PMO Manager to lead the Technical Program Management team in Wakefield, MA. This in-office role focuses on establishing PM standards, coaching TPMs, and aligning programs with business goals.

You will oversee cross-functional initiatives, build roadmaps and budgets, and provide executive visibility into risk and progress. A strong background in governance and hybrid methodologies is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business/engineering or PM field.
• 5–7 years leading and developing a TPM/PMO team.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs in technical settings.
• Strong leadership, governance, budgeting, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop the TPM team with clear expectations.
• Provide program oversight for cross-functional initiatives from initiation to delivery.
• Develop roadmaps, schedules, and resource plans for programs.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and issues; escalate when needed.
• Report status and key decisions to executive leadership.
