Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in consumer electronics and smart home IoT product development.
• 5+ years of cross-functional program management experience.
• Ability to read and interpret PCBAs layouts and schematics.
• Experience leading production builds with global teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle for consumer electronics and smart home IoT products.
• Coordinate hardware, firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, and certification activities.
• Develop and manage program schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Lead cross-functional design and program reviews through all development gates.
• Review PCBA schematics, layouts, signal integrity, power, and EMI/EMC.
• Partner with engineering teams on board bring-up, debugging, and issue resolution.
• Apply Gerber, PCB fabrication, and DFM/DFA principles to influence design and manufacturing.
• Drive prototype, validation, and production builds through production readiness.
• Support cost optimization while maintaining quality, performance, and schedule objectives.
• Ensure seamless integration and certification across Alexa, Google Home, Apple Home, Matter, Wi‑Fi, and BLE.
• Coordinate regulatory compliance activities (FCC, CE, UL).
• Communicate status, risks, decisions, milestones, and KPIs to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global engineering and manufacturing teams to deliver results with urgency.
