The role focuses on taking concepts through production, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and delivering reliable wireless products using Bluetooth/BLE and Wi‑Fi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or closely related field.
• At least 10 years of consumer electronics, smart-home, IoT, or related product development experience.
• At least 5 years leading technical engineering projects – can be within the 10‑year requirement above.
• Strong electrical hardware, controls, PCB/PCBA experience.
• Experience with Bluetooth/BLE, Wi‑Fi, or other wireless technologies.
• Experience taking products through R&D, prototyping, testing, manufacturing, and launch.
• Thread, Zigbee, and Matter experience is a plus, but not required.

We’re recruiting a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the development and launch of next-generation smart-home and connected consumer products.

This is a hands-on technical role, not a traditional project management position. You’ll work across Electrical Engineering, R&D, Firmware, Manufacturing, Quality, and suppliers to take new products from concept through production.
