Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager, Intelligent Automation to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will drive the strategy and execution of automation initiatives that improve how work gets done across the organization. You will partner closely with internal engineering teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to identify high-value opportunities, prioritize the right work, and deliver measurable operational improvements. The position blends program leadership, process optimization, and technical delivery with a strong focus on AI-enabled automation and business impact.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $150,000 annually

Responsibilities
  • Identify and assess automation and process improvement opportunities across business units
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business pain points and prioritize initiatives
  • Design, build, and implement automation solutions with internal teams and external vendors
  • Maintain a balanced portfolio of automation projects, focusing on quick wins and strategic efforts
  • Lead discovery sessions and manage the intake process for new automation ideas
  • Evaluate and prioritize automation opportunities based on a standardized set of criteria
  • Oversee the delivery of automation projects, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience designing and managing automation solutions, particularly with platforms like UiPath or Power Automate
  • Ability to analyze processes for efficiency improvements and automation opportunities
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable business improvements through automation
  • Experience collaborating with internal engineering teams for technical deliverables
  • Skilled in managing relationships with external vendors for automation solutions
  • Familiarity with AI-supported process improvements and strategic alignment with AI initiatives
  • Strong program management skills with effective prioritization and project completion techniques
