Google is seeking a Senior Leadership Technical Program Manager for Infrastructure Planning and Efficiency. The role focuses on leading multi-disciplinary engineering programs, coordinating with engineering, product, and operations teams, and delivering strategic outcomes across capacity and efficiency initiatives.

The position emphasizes strong program management, stakeholder communication, and the ability to articulate trade-offs to executives while maintaining high delivery velocity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in program management.
• 7 years of experience in leadership roles with/without direct reports.
• Experience in capacity planning, demand planning, or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of several engineering programs for a fast-paced, innovative engineering team. Work with our engineering, product and business stakeholders to deliver outstanding business outcome alignment with our organizational priorities.
• Identify stakeholders and work with them to strategize, plan, and prioritize objectives and success criteria.
• Manage project schedules, identify possible issues and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders and leadership.
• Take responsibility for release schedules and milestones, keeping up a high velocity in a fast-paced environment.
