Responsabilités

• Identify changes from large-scale business initiatives and drive requirements with engineering teams.
• Partner with cross-functional deployments, supply chain planning, operations and engineering to land large-scale programs to improve velocity and efficiency.
• Develop forums and reports with stakeholders to flag risks, delivery challenges, and milestones.
• Define, track and report key performance metrics and escalate issues to ensure on-time delivery.
• Define continuous improvement areas and work with engineering to establish program roadmaps.
