Job summary

Proximie, based in Chicago, is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to drive Intelligence Suite and Surgical Suite deployments with US Go-To-Market customers. You will coordinate internal and external teams to keep onboarding on track, deliveries on schedule, and health-system partners informed.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in technical or commercial project management within fast-paced healthcare tech, with hands-on EHR integration and data exchange experience (HL7/FHIR).

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical or commercial project management in fast-paced environments.
• Background in healthcare tech, surgical/OR hardware, and EHR integrations.
• Ability to translate workflows and integration requirements into plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee GTM and implementation activities across cross-functional teams.
• Manage timelines, stakeholders, and cross-site alignment.
• Act as the technical point of contact with health-system partners and engineering/clinical teams.
• Develop GTM documentation, playbooks, and materials for repeatable success.
• Track progress, risks, and dependencies for visibility to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with EHR integration and AI governance teams to ensure data quality and compliance.
