Job summary

Verily Health in Dallas, TX (hybrid) is seeking a Clinical Product Manager to lead AI-enabled care navigation and population health solutions, coordinating clinicians, product managers, engineers, and business teams.

You will translate clinical needs into actionable product requirements, gather insights from clinicians and patients, and collaborate across product, engineering, design, operations, marketing, and regulatory teams to deliver compliant, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Current clinical license and credential as a nurse practitioner, RN, MD, or DO.
• 5+ years of care navigation and/or care management experience.
• 2+ years of medical product or clinical development experience.
• Solid understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and technical feasibility to communicate with engineering teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

The role

This Clinical Product Manager position focuses on Verily's AI-enabled care navigation and population health solutions, which help partners fill gaps in care and connect patients to key benefits within their ecosystem. You would act as a liaison between clinicians, product managers, engineers, and business teams, supporting all aspects of the product development lifecycle from design through release and optimization. The role reports to the Associate Chief Clinical Officer, Care Solutions.

What you would do

• Translate clinical needs into actionable product requirements and set the clinical vision grounded in evidence and regulations.
• Gather insights from clinicians, patients, and stakeholders to inform product development decisions.
• Partner with product, engineering, design, clinical operations, marketing, and regulatory teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Ensure products comply with healthcare regulations, meet user needs, and drive equitable patient care, safety, and PDSA cycle improvements.
• Track KPIs and user feedback to prioritize features, optimize strategy, and collaborate on clinician training materials.

What they are looking for

Required:

• Current clinical license and credential as a nurse practitioner, RN, MD, or DO.
• 5 or more years of care navigation and/or care management experience as a patient-facing provider or administrator.
• 2 or more years of medical product or clinical development experience.
• Solid understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and technical feasibility to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred:

• Credential as a nurse case manager (e.g., CMGT-BC, CCM, ACM-RN, CCTM).
• Experience with Agile development practices and ceremonies.
• Technical training in informatics, public health, healthcare management, or a technology-related field.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally across clinical science and medicine.
• Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to contribute across various analytics domains.
