Job summary

Prime Video & Amazon MGM Studios seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to own delivery for high-impact programs in the core content platform, enabling global users to enjoy live events, movies, and TV shows across devices. You will work with business, product, and technology leaders to drive roadmaps and strategic initiatives that influence Prime Video worldwide.

You will lead cross-functional teams, own long-running programs, and communicate progress to senior leadership while evolving

Qualifications

5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
3+ years of software development experience.
5+ years of technical program management with software teams.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and release schedules.
Experience designing and evaluating system-level architecture.
Experience developing and executing product and technical roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Define requirements, negotiate priorities, and deliver cross-organizational technology programs.
Resolve significantly complex problems and provide long-term solutions.
Improve architectural quality and reduce bottlenecks.
Operate with autonomy and good technical and business judgment.
Represent decisions clearly to leaders and build consensus.
