Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management with software engineering teams.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional release schedules and processes.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage end-to-end lifecycle of complex technology programs across teams.
• Develop requirements, high-level designs, and integration plans with engineering and product teams.
• Lead architecture discussions leveraging AWS services and AI to ensure scalable solutions.
• Coordinate integration with systems deployed across sites and resolve cross-team challenges.
• Manage roadmaps, milestones, risks, and dependencies to keep delivery on track.
• Facilitate meetings and drive decisions with stakeholders from engineers to leadership.
• Communicate program status and trade-offs clearly to all stakeholders.
• Pivot plans as priorities shift and balance short-term delivery with long-term goals.
• Drive process improvements to speed up delivery and reduce overhead.
• Expand and scale programs into new regions, lines of business, or use cases.
