Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in engineering or program management.
• Experience delivering operational or operator-facing tooling at scale (fleet management, dispatch, remote assistance, logistics or related systems).
• Experience delivering consumer-facing product, ideally a consumer mobile app.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery across both portfolios and vehicle software releases.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for milestones and executive leadership.
• Drive execution directly for workstreams without a dedicated program manager.
• Negotiate scope and sequencing with engineering; manage dependencies on autonomy capabilities.
• Surface blockers and risk and drive them to resolution or escalation.
• Partner with product and engineering leaders during quarterly planning to arbitrate scope.
