Shield AI is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager – Enterprise Technology & Systems Delivery to lead large, multi-workstream programs from strategy to adoption. You will shape governance, budgets, and vendor collaboration while ensuring predictable, high-impact delivery at scale.

The role requires deep technical fluency to challenge plans, manage risks, and align engineering, IT, and business leaders. You will report to senior leadership and mentor other program managers as part of maturing

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project or program management experience with multi-workstream technology programs.
• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise technology programs through go-live and stabilization.
• Strong technical fluency across enterprise architecture, integrations and cloud, data migration, and SDLC/testing.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of large, multi-workstream technology programs, including ERP and cloud migrations.
• Define program structure, roadmap, and delivery strategy with leadership.
• Lead and coordinate multiple project managers, workstream leads, and vendor teams.
• Drive technical delivery discussions across architecture, data migration, security, and cutover.
• Establish and run program governance with steering committees and executive reporting.
• Own program-level risk management and cross-program dependency tracking.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource plans; explain variances.
• Lead vendor and systems integrator management, including SOW scoping and performance management.
• Own go-live readiness decisions and cutover planning.
