You will collaborate across VP-level teams to drive complex, scalable solutions and help reshape business processes to accelerate delivery. You will own programs spanning multiple organizations, manage timelines, and resolve blockers while guiding engineers through highly technical discussions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Deep technical understanding of system design and ability to code.

Responsibilities

• Drive both software and network hardware programs to meet growing customer demand.
• Manage competing cross-organizational projects on a global scale.
• Interact cross-team with Software and Network Engineers, Managers, TPMs, and Data Center Technicians and Sr Leadership.
• Run meetings, create and maintain timelines, keep large groups informed of progress and obstacles.
• Develop detailed and creative solutions to complex problems with engineers; create scalable solutions.
