Job summary

EdgeConneX is seeking a Technical Program Manager, Engineering based in Harquahala, AZ, with a hybrid onsite structure. You will oversee end-to-end data center projects, coordinating mechanical, electrical, IT and operations teams to deliver hyperscale, Tier III+ facilities on time and within budget.

The role requires deep hands-on technical expertise, risk management, and strong leadership to bridge design, construction, and operations, including travel 10–20% for meetings and conferences.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large-scale data center projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience with EPC/D&B/CM delivery models is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle from planning to handover.
• Develop and monitor master schedules and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
