Job summary

EdgeConneX is seeking a Technical Program Manager, Engineering to oversee end-to-end delivery of hyperscale data center projects in Ashville, OH. You will coordinate design, construction, testing, and handover with multi-disciplinary teams spanning mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and IT infrastructure.

You will drive schedule, budget, risk management, and adherence to Uptime Tier III/IV standards while aligning with safety, quality and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering.
• Master’s degree in business/engineering leadership is preferred.
• PMP, CDCP, ATD certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data center project delivery from design review through handover.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams (MEP, IT, security) to meet timelines and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Provide executive dashboards, risk registers, and governance reporting.
• Mentor engineers and project staff to enable operational excellence.
