Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in technical project/program management.
• PMP/PMI-ACP or Agile certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bridges strategy, execution and governance ensuring larger-scale initiatives deliver value.
• Develops integrated program plans, milestones, risk registers, and governance routines.
• Coordinates cross-functional dependencies across engineering, product, data, and business teams to resolve blockers and maintain momentum.
• Delivers program risks and issues with structured escalation and executive involvement.
• Produces executive-ready status reports, dashboards, and briefings on progress and actions.
• Drives improvements to project management practices and governance standards.
• Mentors less experienced project managers on planning, risk management and stakeholder communication.
