Job summary

Cencora is seeking a skilled Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives, develop integrated plans, and ensure governance that drives business value. You will coordinate with engineering, product, data, and business teams to resolve blockers and keep momentum.

The role requires 4+ years of technical PM experience, PMP/ PMI-ACP or Agile certification, and a track record of delivering complex programs with executive-level reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or a related field required.
• Certification in PMP, PMI-ACP, agile methodologies, or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bridges strategy, execution and governance ensuring larger-scale initiatives deliver on business value.
• Develops integrated program plans, milestone schedules, risk registers, and governance routines that maintain delivery visibility.
• Coordinates cross-functional dependencies across engineering, product, data, and business teams to resolve blockers.
• Delivers program risks and issues with structured escalation frameworks and stakeholder involvement.
• Produces executive-ready status reporting, dashboards, and decision briefings on progress and actions.
