Job summary

Capgemini seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager - Technical Program Manager to lead modernization initiatives across multiple locations in the US. This hybrid role involves coordinating efforts across diverse engineering teams, ensuring alignment with business goals, schedules, and budget.

You will drive scoping, planning, and end-to-end execution of cloud transformation programs, while managing risks and dependencies and delivering high-quality results.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in technical program or project management spanning across cross functional teams.
• 4+ years on Cloud transformation.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional technical programs from concept through delivery.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, system architecture, cloud technologies, and/or hardware integration.

Responsibilities

• Technical Program Manager to run complex modernization/transformation programs to Cloud, owning the scoping, planning, and execution of features and processes end to end.
• Lead cross-functional engineering teams and influence multiple business units.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, balance business needs with technical constraints.
• Build and maintain detailed program roadmaps, milestones, and dependency frameworks.
• Identify, track, and mitigate program risks and issues with a proactive approach.
