Archer, in partnership with Oracle, is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead operational improvement programs across OCI's Repair Services.

You will work with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, and external service providers to drive scalable solutions, reduce repair failures, and strengthen processes that support cloud infrastructure. Strong program leadership and vendor management are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of program management, technical program management, operations, or related experience.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience managing operational performance, escalations, and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional programs to improve repair quality and performance.
• Drive root cause analysis and long-term solutions for issues.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, and customers.
• Develop and manage operational metrics, dashboards, and governance.
• Manage vendor performance including SLAs and improvement plans.
• Lead critical escalations and coordinate rapid resolution.
• Design scalable processes, workflows, reporting mechanisms.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce failures and costs.
• Communicate program status and KPIs to senior leadership.
• Foster accountability and operational excellence.
