Job summary

Archer, collaborating with Oracle, seeks a Senior Director of Supply Chain Planning to lead end-to-end supply planning for OCI hardware infrastructure and global deployment. You will balance demand and supply, optimize inventory, and drive readiness across manufacturing and data-center operations.

The role requires deep planning expertise, cross-functional leadership across Demand Planning, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Procurement, and the ability to mitigate risks in a fast-changing cloud

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of experience in supply planning, materials planning, manufacturing coordination, or related hardware supply chain roles.
• Experience with complex, high-tech or cloud infrastructure supply chains.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement).
• Demonstrated ability to balance demand, supply and capacity in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated supply plans aligning demand, manufacturing capacity, material availability and deployment priorities.
• Partner with Demand Planning to understand forecast requirements and business priorities.
• Coordinate with manufacturing partners to understand capacity commitments and constraints.
• Monitor supply constraints and drive mitigation plans to protect delivery and objectives.
• Develop executive-ready updates and dashboards for leadership review.
