Qualifications

• Have 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage risks in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire people at all levels without direct authority.
• Experience driving change management and transformation initiatives.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional technical teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading the full software development lifecycle and product development process for various solutions.
• Managing complex, multi-disciplinary programs from concept to market including schedule and investment tracking.
• Driving cross-functional activities and deliverables to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.

• Utilizing clear written and verbal communication skills to foster trust and facilitate coordinated execution.
• Communicating program status and expectation changes to senior leaders using standardized methods.
• Providing technical guidance, mentorship, and collaborative leadership to cross-functional team members.
