Job summary

You will mentor cross-functional teams, manage schedules and investments, apply Agile practices, and communicate program status to senior leaders using standardized methods to drive predictable execution and business impact.

Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
• Experience navigating ambiguity, managing risks, and adapting to changing priorities.
• Demonstrate ability to inspire people at all levels of the organization without direct authority.
• Demonstrate solid capability in change management and transformation processes.
• Have experience with Agile methodologies and managing cross-functional technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Leading the full software development lifecycle and product development process for various solutions
• Managing complex, multi-disciplinary programs from concept to market including schedule and investment tracking
• Driving cross-functional activities and deliverables to ensure on-time and within-budget completion
• Applying technical knowledge and initiative to contribute actively in collaborative team discussions
• Utilizing clear written and verbal communication skills to foster trust and facilitate coordinated execution
• Communicating program status and expectation changes to senior leaders using standardized methods
• Providing technical guidance, mentorship, and collaborative leadership to cross-functional team members
