Job summary

Qualifications

• Have 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in business management or its equivalent.
• Significant experience in Agile processes and methodologies.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity, handling risks, and shifting gears as needed.
• Demonstrate change management and transformation processes.
• Experience with business process, operations, and metric definition best practices.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills; able to inspire across levels without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Establishing cross-functional teams, coordinating subject matter experts to plan and implement programs.
• Managing program plans, dependencies, deliverables, and risks with aligned resources.
• Evaluating and improving processes, tools, and best practices for efficiency and consistency.
• Driving cultural change by championing an agile mindset.
• Ensuring the organization adheres to industry best practices.
• Serving as a point of contact for escalation with stakeholders and removing blockers.
