FastTek Global in Warsaw, Indiana is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional launches for body shop programs, coordinating Manufacturing, Quality and Engineering teams.

You will run daily stand-ups, manage schedules, risks, and KPIs across Parts Readiness, Build Readiness and Quality Readiness, and you will coordinate with engineering managers to resolve technical and operational issues on the assembly line.

Qualifikationen

• 7-10+ years in program management within automotive manufacturing and body assembly processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration; advanced degree preferred.
• Expertise in ERP systems, PLM, and digital tools; Agile/Waterfall hybrid experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Launch Leadership: act as the neutral integrator for the Body Shop, coordinating cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering.
• Lead daily stand-ups at the zone whiteboard to surface blockers and ensure issues are resolved within one cadence cycle.
• Manage program schedules, identify risks, and track KPIs across Parts Readiness, Build Readiness, and Quality Readiness.
• Coordinate with engineering managers to manage resources and resolve technical/operational problems on the assembly line.
