Job summary

Amazon in Seattle is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Technical to own the strategy for building an ecosystem of communications partners on Alexa+. You’ll work at the intersection of technical fluency and developer advocacy, translating partner needs into platform capabilities and guiding end-to-end integrations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience working with a matrixed team of stakeholders to achieve a common goal
• Experience building profitable partner ecosystems
• Experience building and growing relationships with internal and external partners

Responsibilities

• Partner Relationships: Build deep, trust-based relationships with communications partners — understanding their roadmap, constraints, and business goals
• Product strategy and hero Use Cases: Co-create a compelling product strategy and align on hero use cases with partners
• Seamless Onboarding: Own the end-to-end partner onboarding experience and reduce time-to-integration
• Drive to Success: Partner closely with communications platforms post-launch to drive adoption and measure impact
• Internal Partnerships: Define integration points, APIs, and platform capabilities with Alexa engineering teams
• Partner Summits & Advocacy: Represent Amazon at partner summits to attract new partners and grow the ecosystem
