Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex, cross-functional software initiatives.
• Strong technical fluency with the ability to engage in architecture and system design discussions.
• Experience leading delivery of AI-powered product capabilities and working knowledge of LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of cross-functional initiatives across Product, Design, and Engineering.
• Translate technical strategy into structured execution plans with clear milestones and deliverables.
• Identify and resolve execution roadblocks, challenging misaligned assumptions and clarifying tradeoffs.
