Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager in Sunnyvale, CA to lead complex multi-disciplinary engineering programs. You will plan requirements with internal customers and shepherd projects through the full lifecycle, from schedules and risks to executive presentations and trade-off discussions with engineers.

Using deep technical and leadership expertise, you will steer engineering programs that optimize asset and tooling operations, including financial reporting, payables, and tooling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in program management.
• 7 years of experience in a leadership role with direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the roadmap and strategy for Google’s portfolio of first-party tools supporting the asset and infrastructure layer.
• Lead a governance structure for executive decision-making via a digital assets council and communicate with first-party customers.
• Manage the portfolio of software and tooling programs; prioritize work, allocate resources, and establish metrics for performance and impact.
• Identify and implement change management opportunities to increase program velocity across teams.
• Use AI to drive productivity, creativity, and innovation across the team.
