Job summary

MatrixSpace is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager, Software Systems to own planning and execution across our software organization. This senior IC will coordinate platform development, AI/ML, DevSecOps, UI/UX, systems integration, and customer programs into a single execution plan.

You will partner with engineering, product, program, test, and operations to surface conflicts early and drive execution through influence rather than authority.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading complex software development programs or cross-functional engineering initiatives.
• Experience translating complex priorities into executable plans with milestones and release schedules.
• Strong knowledge of Agile practices and planning/execution tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, GitHub Projects.
• Ability to influence leaders without direct authority and hold stakeholders accountable to plans.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the integrated software execution plan across Software Systems with schedules and milestones.
• Align product, customer, and program commitments into a common plan for shared resources.
• Lead cross-functional execution across Core Software, AI/DS, DevSecOps, UI/UX, and Testing.
• Turn priorities into actionable work plans, backlogs, sprint plans, and release plans.
• Run cadence for planning, retrospectives, and readiness reviews to create predictability.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and constraints and propose practical tradeoffs.
