Job summary

Jobtailor in California seeks a strong Product/Program Manager to lead the Software Development Life Cycle, coordinating timelines, milestones, and deliverables for Generative AI products. You will serve as a key liaison for final testing, deployment, and hypercare support.

Qualifications

Strong technical background with Generative AI products.
Clear cross-functional communication with leadership across roles.
Detail-oriented with ability to track low-level details for high-level decisions.
Proficient in JIRA project management, dashboards, workflows, and queries.
Startup experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage the SDLC for products from concept to deployment, including timelines and milestones.
Translate technical tradeoffs for non-technical stakeholders and executives.
Leverage data to drive decisions and resolve conflicts.
Define and execute comprehensive UAT plans with stakeholder sign-off.
Own the scrum process and accelerate team velocity.
Track progress, mitigate risks, and report to stakeholders.
Set monthly and quarterly objectives with engineering leadership.
Fill in gaps to support the project team.
Ensure quality and completeness of requirement documents.
Shield the team from distractions and maintain focus on priorities.
Advocate for agile development best practices across the organization.
