This role emphasizes AI-enabled transformations, cross-functional leadership, and orchestrating complex programs with IBM TRIRIGA, SAP, Salesforce, and IWMS integrations.

Qualifications

• Seasoned TPM with experience leading medium-to-large software initiatives.
• Experience with enterprise platforms (TRIRIGA/SAP/Salesforce) and custom apps.
• Strong SDLC knowledge (Agile/Waterfall) and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to coordinate with offshore teams (India) and global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to complex software projects for real estate portfolio.
• Manage programs involving custom apps and enterprise platforms like IBM TRIRIGA, SAP, Salesforce.
• Partner with engineers, stakeholders, and vendors to define requirements and dependencies.
• Bridge technical and business teams to ensure clear communication.
• Oversee SDLC using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methods.
• Identify AI and automation opportunities to improve delivery and quality.
• Coordinate with globally distributed teams including offshore India.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, resources, and stakeholder comms.
