Concord USA is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join a client's PMO on a contract basis, driving delivery of critical strategic programs with engineering, operations, and sales stakeholders. The role emphasizes AI-native program management, technical leadership, and measurement of measurable results.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on fluency directing AI agents, builder-level proficiency with autonomous agents, and a track record of partnering with business teams to deliver

Qualifications

• 7+ years building, leading, and delivering complex technical programs in a matrix organization.
• Deep expertise in software development approaches, architecture, and lifecycle; including agent-driven product development.
• Hands-on experience directing and orchestrating AI agent tools in program work.
• Strategic ability to connect business outcomes with strategy to drive execution.
• Strong communication and change leadership across a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead with influence to shape strategy and drive execution at the program level.
• Deliver results by defining outcomes, end-to-end delivery plans, and governance models.
• Build and scale repeatable, scalable frameworks and AI-enabled practices.
• Champion change with senior stakeholders and drive end-to-end execution.
• Lead technical leadership and apply SDLC practices; engage with AI agent tools in orchestration.
