Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program management leading complex technology projects in a large organization.
• Strong command of planning, governance, RAID, dependency management, delivery metrics, and execution rigor.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support program management workflows with data sensitivity awareness.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and partners to achieve outcomes.
• Experience leading high-performing teams and/or virtual teams in fast-paced, agile environments.
• Ability to break down business, technical, and operational objectives into structured plans, tasks, and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive program plans with milestones, dependencies, resourcing, and timelines.
• Partner with leaders to define scope, objectives, success metrics, and operating plans aligned to strategy.
• Identify, quantify, and mitigate risks; address roadblocks; implement contingency plans.
• Support resource planning and budget management across teams, vendors, and partners.
• Drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders and resolve conflicts without direct authority.
• Champion agile delivery practices and facilitate planning and retrospectives at team and portfolio levels.
• Use data-driven analysis to assess program health, throughput, and outcomes and drive improvements.
• Establish governance rhythms, prepare executive communications, and support Chief of Staff activities.
• Promote enterprise agile standards and reporting for portfolio planning and cross-team transparency.
• Utilize AI capabilities to accelerate planning while ensuring data sensitivity and human review.
