Job summary

Teradata seeks a Sr. Manager Technical Program Manager to drive delivery of significant, multi-team programs across Teradata’s product portfolio.

You will own execution from kickoff to launch, building strong relationships with engineering, product, and business partners in a fast-paced environment. You’ll coordinate cross-team planning, risk management, and stakeholder updates while advancing AI-enabled initiatives to boost productivity and impact across the workforce.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience in enterprise software, cloud, or data analytics
• Experience managing multi-team delivery programs with 20+ engineers
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and SaaS product delivery
• Hands-on Agile delivery, sprint planning, and program-level tracking tools
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and status reporting skills
• Foundational AI skills and ability to apply AI to improve outcomes

Responsibilities

• Own planning, execution, and delivery tracking for complex technical programs across multiple teams
• Build and maintain program plans, dependencies, risks, and milestone dashboards
• Facilitate cross-team coordination and decision-making; run standups and reviews
• Translate program status into updates for product leadership and senior engineering
• Identify delivery risks and lead retrospectives for process improvement
• Coordinate launch readiness with engineering, QA, documentation, support, and GTM teams
• Maintain program metrics and surface trade-offs to leadership
• Apply foundational AI skills to enhance productivity and impact across the workforce
