Job summary

Teradata is seeking a Sr. Manager Technical Program Manager to drive delivery of large, multi-team programs across its product portfolio.

The role requires owning execution from kickoff through launch, while building strong partnerships with engineering, product, and business stakeholders. You will lead planning, risk tracking, and executive reporting, coordinate launch readiness across engineering, QA, documentation, support, and GTM teams, and apply AI skills to enhance productivity and impact

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in technical program management.
• Experience managing multi-team delivery in enterprise software or cloud.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, execution, and delivery tracking for complex programs across multiple teams.
• Maintain program plans, risks, and milestone dashboards.
• Facilitate cross-team coordination and steering reviews.
• Translate program status for leadership with crisp updates.
• Identify delivery risks and drive process improvements.
