Job summary

Teradata is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead complex, high-impact programs across the product portfolio. You will drive execution from strategy through launch, align engineering and product leaders around clear outcomes, and bring structure to work that spans teams, systems, and geographies.

You’ll coordinate end-to-end launches, hire cross-functional teams, use data for prioritization, and apply AI to improve insights and execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical program management experience delivering enterprise software.
• Proven ability to lead multi-team programs in a matrix organization.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and SaaS data lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery for complex programs spanning multiple engineering teams and product areas.
• Build clear program plans, dependency maps, risk registers, milestones, and executive-level health metrics.
• Drive cross-functional decisions, resolve ambiguity, and keep teams aligned through focused operating rhythms and reviews.
• Translate technical complexity into concise updates, trade-offs, and recommendations for senior product and engineering leaders.
• Identify and eliminate risks early, remove execution barriers, and lead retrospectives that improve how teams deliver.
• Coordinate end-to-end launch readiness across engineering, quality, documentation, support, security, and go-to-market teams.
• Use data to guide prioritization, evaluate alternatives, and help leaders make timely decisions.
• Apply AI tools and practices to improve program insight, team productivity, and execution effectiveness.
