Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of IT experience.
• 3+ years of program and/or project management experience.
• Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, and project management methodologies.
• Experience managing cross-functional technology initiatives and enterprise software implementations.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
