Entegris is seeking a Lead, Technical Program Manager for the Advanced Deposition Materials (ADM) team. This fully remote US role partners with BD, R&D, Engineering, Operations, and Manufacturing to drive ADM New Product Introductions from concept to high-volume manufacturing, ensuring on-time delivery, scope alignment, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of direct experience with technical projects and strong understanding of engineering workflows, lifecycles, or manufacturing processes.
• Preferred experience with advanced deposition technologies and/or NPD in semiconductor fabrication or related high-tech environments.
• Strong project management skills including risk assessment, mitigation, conflict management, meetings, tasks, stakeholders, and project closure.

Job Title: Lead Technical Program Manager, ADM (Remote) Job Description:

Entegris is currently seeking a Lead, Technical Program Manager to join our Advanced Depositions Materials team. This position can be based remotely in the US within a state that Entegris operates in.

The Technical Program Manager (TPM) is responsible for driving Advanced Deposition Materials (ADM) New Product Introductions (NPIs) from concept through release to high volume manufacturing. This role serves as the technical execution owner, ensuring alignment across Business Development, R&D, Engineering, Operations, and Manufacturing to deliver ADM products that meet customer requirements for performance, quality, and scalability.

This is a remote opportunity, and the candidate can be based in the following states: Drive New Product Introduction’ from concept/feasibility through release to High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business priorities.

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Engineering, Materials Science, or related degree/discipline is required.

• 8+ years of direct experience with technical projects and strong understanding of engineering workflows, development of lifecycles, or manufacturing processes.
• Preferred experience with advanced deposition technologies and/or new product development within semiconductor fabrication or related high-technology manufacturing environments.
• Strong project management skills, including but not limited to, risk assessment and mitigation, conflict management, meeting management, task management, stakeholder management & project closure
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
