Our client is hiring a Technical Program Manager - Product Validation to lead all product testing, certification pathways, and customer-facing technical support for our advanced nanoceramic coating technologies. This role is highly cross‑functional and critical to accelerating commercialization across our Cool Roof, Insulative, and Fire Protective product lines.

This is a hands‑on technical engineering role—ideal for an engineer who thrives in both lab and field environments and can communicate with customers with confidence and clarity.

What You’ll Do

• Run all product testing, validation, and certification workflows (UL, ASTM, ISO, NFPA, etc.).
• Perform hands‑on lab work, field trials, and sample preparation.
• Act as the technical lead on customer calls, demos, and pilot installs.
• Build and maintain the Product Validation Roadmap.
• Translate field feedback into actionable insights for R&D and leadership.
• Develop technical content for proposals, datasheets, and specifications.
• Drive alignment across R&D, Manufacturing, Sales, and Leadership.

What We’re Looking For

• BS/MS in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or similar.
• 10+ years in product testing, validation, materials evaluation, coatings, fire protection, or thermal systems.
• Strong experience with certification workflows (UL/ASTM/ISO/NFPA).
• Excellent communication and customer‑facing technical confidence.
• Hands‑on engineer who thrives in dynamic, growth‑stage environments.
• Ability to travel up to 35%.
